I love the place it reminds me of when I was a kid many moons ago and my mother would go there all the time in Buena Park and in Anaheim Southern California. It was closed down for some reason. I read Ralph's store bought the Market Basket stores in So Cal and then closed them all. What ashame that they did that.
I was there last night ...apparently I left my wallet ...I called this morning and they had it....every was still inside....even the money...I wanna say thank you to market basket and whom ever found my wallet...there are still good people in the world...glad to know that your store is full of them
Reasonable prices. Well stocked. Help everywhere. Nice variety of fresh and cooked foods. Meats, poultry and fish counters.
I stopped at this Market Basket while in the area to check on some sale specials...as I walked in, I noticed some beautiful and healthy potted flowering plants. They were really pretty and really well priced. My husband likes to have real flowers in the house, they bring so much cheer to a room as well as color. Market Basket is known for their customer service and their lack of self checkout lanes, so every person purchasing any product will interact with a real human being. A touch of humanity.

I am handicapped and the cart guys always bring a scooter right to my car. Sometimes they recognize my car and bring me one without being asked. I love going to the cafe for lunch. The selection is huge; you can get anything from sushi to cannoli! Prior to the pandemic they had a microwave in the cafe, and I hope they will move it back soon so that I may have hot lunch choices again. The prices on submarine sandwiches are very low and far better than other supermarkets. The shopping is fabulous! Prices are far lower than other supermarkets. Furthermore, they rarely run out of an item that is on sale. In other supermarkets, that happens all the time. Love Market Basket!
I HOPE SOMEONE IN CORPORATE OFFICE FOR MARKET BASKET READS THIS!!!! You have a great opportunity to expand MARKET BASKET TO HIT MORE OF THE PUBLIC! ROCHE BROS IS CLOSING IN QUINCY APRIL 11 And for me it should have closed years ago. In my opinion they over inflated their prices taking advantage of the multitudes of Senior Citizens just down the street for example the meat dept is what has always concerned me because just look at the price per pound of meats poultry and specials. Plus when they say it's 50% off on meats poultry or specials - ITS NEVER 50% off! I will post a picture to show you their practices that affect every one not only Seniors thinking they are saving yet Roche still makes profit! I have noticed their specials with a red 6 or 5 $ on the packaging- but be aware the the price per pound is so much higher than other markets so with that said MARKET BASKET CAN HELP THIS COMMUNITY IN MANY WAYS CONFIGURING THE STORE THAT WILL HELP SENIORS AND MORE! Your Prices are GREAT BUT I HAVE TO DRIVE TO BROCKTON SO THIS CLOSING OF ROCHE BROS CAN BE A POSITIVE SIGN FOR A COMPANY LIKE MARKET BASKET! You could even supply van service on a daily basis from the area Senior Complex or Faxon Commons or the Falls for those who don't or can't drive back and forth! I do hope to start alittle dialogue for a BETTER COMMUNITY MARKET!
